Subscribe and receive your credentials
After subscribing via WhatsApp or our order form and paying via M-Pesa, we send you: Username, Password, Server URL (or M3U URL). Keep these safe — they are your IPTV access key.

Choose and install your IPTV app
For Firestick: IPTV Smarters Pro. For Android: IPTV Smarters or TiviMate. For iPhone: IPTV Smarters (App Store). For Smart TV: SS IPTV. For PC: VLC. We send you the exact download instructions.

Log into the app with your credentials
Open the app, choose "Login with Xtream Codes" (or paste the M3U URL). Enter your username, password and server URL exactly as sent.

Wait for channels to load
On first load, the app downloads the full channel list. This can take 1-3 minutes depending on your internet speed. Future loads are much faster.

Set up the EPG (TV Guide)
The EPG shows you what's on now and what's coming. It loads automatically in most apps. If not, go to Settings in the app and enable EPG.

Navigate to Live TV, select a channel and start watching. Set favourite channels by holding down on a channel. Use the catch-up feature to watch missed content.
