Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ChatGPT IPTV Kenya ("the Service") provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription services in Kenya. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription and Payment

• All subscriptions are prepaid and non-transferable.
• Payment is accepted via M-Pesa only.
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you must actively renew by making a new M-Pesa payment.
• Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 24 hours of subscription if we cannot resolve a technical issue on your account.
• No refunds are provided after 24 hours of service activation.
• Refunds are processed via M-Pesa within 3–5 business days.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Share your login credentials with people outside your household without a multi-connection plan.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without a formal reseller agreement with us.
• Use the Service for public broadcast or commercial screening without a commercial licence.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance windows and channel availability changes may occur. We will notify subscribers of planned maintenance via WhatsApp.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly credential sharing beyond plan limits or unauthorized reselling.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChatGPT IPTV Kenya's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
