If your IPTV is not working, here are the most common issues and how to fix them quickly.
Your subscription may have expired. Contact us on WhatsApp (+254 708 927 425) and we will check your account status immediately.
Wrong username, password or server URL will prevent login. Copy-paste credentials from our WhatsApp message instead of typing manually.
Open YouTube or a website to confirm your internet is working. If internet is down, contact your ISP (Safaricom, Zuku, Faiba etc).
Close the app completely (force stop on Android) and reopen it. This fixes most temporary loading issues.
On Android: Settings → Apps → IPTV Smarters → Storage → Clear Cache. On Firestick: Settings → Applications → Manage Apps → IPTV app → Clear Cache.
If clearing cache does not help, uninstall the IPTV app, download a fresh copy from us via WhatsApp, and reinstall. Enter your credentials again.
